See All ReviewsI ordered on Uber Eats so I cant speak to the atmosphere but Oh my gosh!! My order was packed with such care that it made me 100% want to go and dine at the restaurant because imagine when you go there! I wasnt feeling well so I ordered two of their lentil soups and my goodness it was a burst of flavors and the added lemon took it over the top!! I've ordered lentil soup from another place for months and it was pretty standard but this...mouthwatering!! I'll definitely be making this my soup spot!
Taste-wise, their meatballs (köfte) were good, but I had a bad experience ordering through Uber Eats. There was no option to adjust or customize the order, so you’re forced to take it as-is. The pictures showed different sides—beans were clearly shown—but what I received was salad instead. I called to explain that I don’t like salad. They first told me they could change it to piyaz, which is also a type of salad, and I agreed since I didn’t like the one they sent initially. Right after that, I received another call from the same guy, this time with a more aggressive tone, saying, “That’s how it is, we can’t change it.” Honestly, that was confusing and frustrating. If beans are extra and customers can’t edit the menu on Uber Eats, the least they could do is try to satisfy the customer instead of arguing. They really need to learn customer service. It’s unfortunate because I liked the food, but I don’t like being misled. I won’t be ordering from there again.
chose this restaurant based on the pictures and reviews, and it seemed very promising, but the reality was extremely disappointing. As soon as we arrived, the entire area smelled strongly of cigarettes. Although there are “No Smoking” signs, people were clearly smoking in a private room, and the smoke filled the space,This was unbearable especially since my son has asthma and I am very sensitive and allergic to cigarette smoke. Ordering food was another frustration,After placing our order, the staff came back three different times to tell us they didn’t have what I ordered, The same thing happened with my son’s order, In the end, we were forced to choose from what was available, not what we wanted,The portions were very small, and my son finished his plate quickly and was still hungry. The service and cleanliness were also concerning,The glass of water was soaking wet and looked like it came straight from the sink without being properly wiped, which was very unappetizing. Despite all of this, I still left a tip, When I got home and checked my receipt, I noticed I was charged for a salad that I never ordered. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had, Between the smoking issue, limited food availability, small portions, cleanliness concerns, and incorrect charges, I would not recommend this place especially for families or anyone with health sensitivities.
